How It Works
Scouty runs on a credit system. A credit is used only when the other person accepts your request — if they decline or don't reply within 48 hours, it comes back to your account automatically. Searching for profiles and reading AI fit reports is always free.

Credit validity — Purchased credits can be used for 90 days from the purchase date. Search attempts in a pack don't expire.
Prices shown in USD and KRW. Other currencies are calculated at checkout by our payment provider — Polar.sh for international (USD) payments, or our licensed Korean Payment Gateway for KRW payments.

환불 및 크레딧 반환

- 요청 미진행 시 (거절 또는 48시간 미응답) 크레딧 계정 복원
- 사용하지 않은 구매 크레딧은 유효기간 안에서 현금 환불 가능 — 구매일로부터 7일 이내 전액, 이후 해지 수수료 10% 공제
- 당사 귀책 서비스 장애 시 기간 무관 전액 환불
